1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- European Union countries
- Selected international destinations

Italy
- Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): €5.90
- Free Shipping on orders over €79
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): €11.90
European Union
- Standard EU Shipping (4–8 business days): €12.90
- Free EU Shipping on orders over €149
- Express EU Shipping (2–4 business days): €24.90
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping (7–15 business days): €24.90
- Express International Shipping (3–7 business days): €39.90
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
4. Delivery Times

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside the European Union:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- My Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures
6. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and courier details.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
- Refunds will exclude original shipping costs
